ABOUT THE BUILD

Our wonderful clients at Wilson Ave in Gerringong NSW had dreams of knocking down the existing property and rebuilding their forever home and this is exactly what we set out to achieve.

Overlooking the stunning Werri Beach close to Kiama in NSW, the front facade included a relaxing outdoor deck so that the exquisite views could be enjoyed all year round, while the backyard is the perfect summer retreat complete with pool and grassed yard.

Inside, this home does not disappoint with porta timber being selected as a feature on the Island bench and rattan pendant lights stealing your gaze every time you walk past.

With fresh timber floors through out the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms, this newly built home in Gerringong and the Shoalhaven has gives lux coastal vibes perfect for any growing family.

The clients wish to continue the transformation of this property over the next 5 years with plans to turn it into a 4 bedroom double story home.
