1. Pre-site

As a first step, send through your building or architectural plans, if you don't have these then let us know when you first contact us as we can then partner with one of our amazing local building designers to draw up some plans that will encompass the exact home you envision. 

Once we have reviewed the plans we then conduct a preconstruction service meeting onsite where we discuss in more detail the project and specific details. 

From here we then compile a detailed and thorough building Estimate and Quote and meet with you to walk you through this estimate so you are involved in each stage of your Shoalhaven residential building journey. 

2. Construction

Once we have your approval to proceed as your chosen Shoalhaven builder we will then start the construction process.
