Once you have engaged a drafter or Architect, send your building plans through to us so we can get you one step closer to walking through the doors of your dream home. 

1. Pre-site

At Digger Brothers Building we are committed to providing you first-in-class service the entire way through the construction process. We can partner directly with your architects or designers to look at tailoring a custom home directly to your needs or alternatively we work alongside some excellent local designers and architects if you haven’t yet started the process.

When it comes to the cost side of building a custom home, we will discuss your budget and look at providing you with a no obligation free quote with options for a home that is affordable yet will still meet your needs.

2. Construction

Once we have your approval to begin your custom built home, we will be in weekly contact with you about the progress of the project and make sure you are up to speed the entire way through.

We value your input and feedback and we want you to feel included especially when it’s something as exciting as building a new home.

Our Director Michael will be in touch regularly by phone and email to ensure you can celebrate each stage as we complete it.

3. Handover

The most exciting part of a custom build project is when we get to hand the keys over to you.

We know building a custom home wouldn’t be possible without the many hours you have spent designing and dreaming it up, which is why this part of the process is the most special.
