If you have building or architectural plans drawn up please send these through to our friendly team so we can review these and organise a preconstruction meeting. 

This is where we meet with you to discuss all of the requirements for your new build, get an understanding of your budget, what you are hoping to achieve and answer any queries you may have. 

From here, we will then provide you with an estimate, we like to meet with you to walk you through this estimate and the various stages of your proposed Gerringong Build as Communication and Transparency are values most important to us when it comes to the client and builder relationship. 

Once we have your approval to begin work we will be in regular contact with you to ensure you remain up to speed on everything related to your building journey.
