We have a very simple process when getting started.

As a first step, get in contact with us and send us through your building or architectural plans.

If you don’t have these drawn up yet that is ok, as we work alongside some amazing local building designers throughout the Shoalhaven who we can team up with to get your plans drawn up.

Once we have reviewed the plans we will then conduct a pre-construction meeting onsite to further discuss your Kiama build.

From here we can then provide a detailed estimate and building quote (we always require the building plans before providing a detailed quote).

We usually meet with you to walk you through the quote as we believe communication and transparency to be the most important of any client / Builder relationship and want you to be completely involved in every stage of your Kiama Renovation or build.

Once we start your build or Kiama renovation we then have regular fortnightly check-ins regarding the build, budget and delivery timeframe.
