ABOUT THE BUILD

Our Willowbank Build  is a modern Duplex located within the beautiful coastal town of Gerringong in NSW. 

Only a short distance from the South Coast’s best beaches and close to the popular thriving town of Kiama, Berry, Shellharbour and the Shoalhaven.  

This Gerringong and Kiama Duplex build was inspired by the marvellous coastline it resides along. 

House 1 of this duplex is actually the existing brick structure transformed into a modern, fresh 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 carport home, with stunning carport and rendered light facade. 

Recycled brick was chosen to create a beautiful landscaped courtyard. 

House 2 is a new addition to the dwelling as this was previously a carport and backyard on the previous property and is now a stunning modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car space home with polished concrete floors and porta timber panelling used as a feature on the Island bench. 

Easy craft VJ panelling along with tilecloud tiles feature in the bathrooms and some of the bedrooms. 

Interestingly during the course of this build, our lovely client received a lot of interest in these duplexes that they were both under contract before this Kiama and Gerringong build had been completed.
