Building multiple dwellings and duplexes can seem like an overwhelming task especially if this is your first time developing a property however you aren’t alone.

Our friendly team at Digger Brothers Building have first hand experience and we are here to take the stress out of a process that can actually be a fun and rewarding experience.

1. Pre-site

Once we receive your enquiry, our team will prioritise getting in touch with you so that we can organise a time to meet to discuss your plans for adding multiple dwellings to your Kiama property. 

We welcome anyone who is involved in the process to attend our meeting so we can ensure we get a complete understanding of what you are wanting to achieve. 

We will then provide you with a no obligation free quote with careful consideration of your budget and plans. 

2. Construction

Our biggest focus during the Construction phase is to ensure that you have full transparency on the progress of the build which is why our team will be in regular communication by phone and email informing you of how it is all going and ensuring we can discuss any queries or concerns you may have as we complete each stage of the build.

3. Handover

Handing over a project to our clients can be bittersweet, we treat each project like it is our own build so completing construction is always exciting because we can finally see your faces as you walk through your new duplexes and make them your own, whether that be renting them out to future tenants or selling them. 

We love what we do so we always hope we will get to work with our clients again and we have been lucky enough to create some long lasting relationships by delivering a high quality of work the first time a client builds with us.
